Shipping Policy 

All in stock orders are generally processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Please note that as our products are handmade occasionally there may be matters which delay shipping of your order which are outside of our control such as high volume of orders or issues with the postal service. These may cause delays in the process timescale noted above.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

International Shipping

​

We do not currently offer international shipping. We currently only ship to England, Scotland and Wales.

How do I check the status of my order?

​

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at RAHandcraftedBeauty@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Provided it is a Royal Mail PO Box, we can ship to this.
