Returns Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the date the items were posted. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all original labels included.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please e-mail customer service at RAHandcraftedBeauty@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the address provided to you with the RMA number ensuring that you also quote that RMA number upon returning your item either on the label to the package or as an insert inside the package.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least twenty eight (28) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by e-mail when your return has been processed.
Any credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items which are described at point of sale as Misfits. These are items which have not met the high level of quality control we attribute to the aesthetics of our products.

Custom or personalised orders

Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Digital downloads

Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Items on sale

Due to hygiene reasons our bath & body items cannot be returned or exchanged.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If goods are damaged in transit, or have been incorrectly supplied, you should retain them together with all packaging and notify us immediately. You should do this within 14 days of receiving the goods. We may require you to provide photographs of the items.
After we have evaluated the situation, it may not be possible to send a replacement item due to stock levels. You may therefore be offered a refund instead.
Please do not return any faulty or incorrect goods unless asked to do so. We will give you instructions on how, or whether, to return these items.
We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to ensure that returned goods arrive promptly and undamaged: your postage costs will be refunded.
